Dosing and ingredients

Cut into strips, Orange rinds and put to boil for about an hour in 10 cl of water 5 tablespoons sugar.

Let cool then well.

Dissolve the chocolate in a double boiler and dip one by one the zest and allow to cool in a cool (natural).
