Sedanini to mozzarella
Instructions
Prepared in a soup-tureen mozzarella and diced ham, add the 2 eggs, salt and mix well.
Cook the pasta, drain and pour into the soup, stirring quickly.
Add the hot melted butter and grated Parmesan.
Continue to stir until the mozzarella will be streamlined.

- 300 g of type sedanini noodles
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of butter
