Lamb on the spit
Instructions
Let marinate for 18 hours 700 g lamb boned and cut into large pieces, chopped onion, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed, two tablespoons of red wine vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then remove the meat from the marinade, thread on skewers and sgocciolarla.
Cook over a wood fire with brushed with marinade.
Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
