Instructions

Peel the celery; lessarlo al dente in boiling salted water; cut it into slices.

Make you sweat in olive oil onion sliced thin.

Blend with the warm bechamel sauce; Add the parmesan and 2 egg yolks.

To paint in oil, celery slices, put them in a greased baking and pour with sauce.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oil.

Bake at 180 degrees.
