Lemon semifreddo (2)
Instructions
Crumbled cookies in an oven dish.
Grate the zest of 1 lemon and squeeze the juice.
Beat the egg yolks with the sweetened condensed milk, zest and lemon juice until the mixture is thick and white.
Wet cookies with 8 tablespoons of mixture.
Whip the egg whites and pour in the rest of the lemon-based compound.
Pour over biscuits and even out the surface.
Decorated with whipped cream and almonds.

- 1 pack of savoiardi biscuits
- 3 lemons
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of condensed milk
- 20 cl of whipped
- 50 g of toasted almonds fillets
