Baked cuttlefish
Instructions
Cut into pieces the cuttlefish.
Grease a non-stick pan with oil and spread the fish.
Pass the slices of bread mixer to reduce them in crumbs; put them in a bowl, add the parsley, washed and chopped garlic, 1 pinch of salt and coarse ground pepper 1.
Add enough oil to make a smooth sauce and then pour it on cuttlefish.
Stir so that the mixture will distribute well on squid, pepper, drizzle with 1 little oil and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
