Tasty squid with tomatoes and artichokes sautéed
Instructions
For the squid: clean the fish, wash it and cut it into strips.
Aside, to make a chopped with garlic and a bit of parsley and onion.

When it starts to turn Golden, add the cuttlefish, the chili and salt.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes.
Cover and bake for 13 minutes at medium heat lincile the fish begins to soften.
For the artichokes: remove outer leaves of artichokes, until you reach the core, then cut them into thin slices and fry them in a pan with oil and the rest of the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
To serve: arrange cuttlefish on a serving dish and sprinkle with the artichokes.

- 600 g of fresh cuttlefish
- 6 artichokes
- 1/2 white onion
- Parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- 1 chili
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
