Spicy steaks
Instructions
Emulsify into a bowl of oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brandy and salt.
Place the steaks on a platter, sprinkle with this sauce and leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
Cook on hot grill 3-4 minutes per side, sprinkle with marinade and serve hot.

- 4 beefsteaks from 100 g each
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- Salt
