Warm Puff-Pastry of Apples with Ice Cream
Instructions
The ingredients are for 4 vol-au-vent.
Defrost the puff pastry and packing of large vol-au-vent (10/12 cm diameter), one for each diner.
Prick the bottom and brush the egg Board, then fill the cavity with a spoonful or two of custard, spreading it well over the entire surface.
Overlay of sliced Apple Pippin, crossed, and spolverarle with granulated sugar.
Place the cakes on plate, on a sheet of parchment paper, and cook in the bottom, to 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Check that the pastry is well raised and apples are cooked and slightly browned.
Serve, after slightly cool, superimposing a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
