Instructions

Mix the meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.

Formed then the steaks, put them in beaten egg, breadcrumbs and browned them in butter.

Arrange in a greased baking and put on each a slice of ham, mozzarella cheese and a tomato sauce with butter.

Put in oven at 200 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.

Served piping hot.
