Ginger lamb
Instructions
In a pan heat to heat 5 tablespoons oil, add the lamb and Brown it on all sides.
Then salt, pepper, wet with wine and let it evaporate.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and continue cooking in the oven at 200 degrees for about 90 minutes, adding with cooking.
Finely grate the ginger and mix with honey.
When cooked drain the Lamb, cover with honey and pass it under the grill for 10 minutes.

- 1 leg of lamb to 1500 g
- 10 cl of white wine
- 50 g of fresh ginger
- 100 g of fluid honey
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
