Instructions

Put in a saucepan on low heat the milk and chocolate, stir to blend the ingredients.

Add the crumbled bread crumbs, butter, sugar and pinch of salt.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Beat the egg yolks and add to mixture.

Let cool.

Whip egg whites until foamy and add them to the cream.

Put the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
