Noodle pudding
Instructions
Prepare a white sauce with flour, milk, 50 g butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg and, off the heat, then add 80 g of butter, parmesan, the egg yolks and the clear Mount Snow.
Cook pasta al dente in salted water, season it with the prepared sauce, put it in a buttered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

- 400 g of any type pasta
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 75 cl of milk
- Flour
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
