Cabbage Pudding (Sformato di Verza)
Instructions
Cut the carrots into rings and brown them in 2 tablespoons oil, add the cabbage, season then add the spices.
Blend everything when it is warm.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, stemperarvi the flour and add the cooking water of cabbage; season with salt and add to the cabbage mixture bechamel.
Mix in eggs and grated cheese.
Place the mixture into a greased Cake mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Wanting to serve with a mushroom sauce.

- 500 g of boiled cabbage
- 40 cl of cooking water
- 2 carrots
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Nutmeg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
