Instructions

Finely chop carrot, onion and celery.

Peel Zucchini, wash them and cut them into chunks.

Saute all vegetables in oil.

Add salt when cooked and cool.

Beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan.

Pass through a sieve and merge them vegetables to eggs.

Stir in the sauce and pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold.

Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes without ever opening the oven door.
