Easy flan
Instructions
Chop spinach and add them in a pan with a little butter and garlic.
Allow to cool.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and Parmesan.
Combine the spinach, eggs, mix and pour the mixture into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before I pull out and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of already boiled spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Milk
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
