Mackerel with butter
Instructions
Cleaned mackerel, incideteli on the back.
Lightly sprinkle with flour.
In a saucepan heat a knob of butter.
Moderate heat get browned on both sides the fish for 10 minutes or so.
Voltateli and sprinkle the pretzels.
Arrange on a serving dish.
On each fish, place a small piece of butter with Sage and should be sprayed with a little lemon juice.
Accompanying wines: Gambellara DOC, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC Cirò Bianco DOC.
