Mackerel baked with salsa
Instructions
Remove the fish innards and wash them.
In the aperture in the belly put salt and parsley.
Place in a baking dish, season with salt, drizzle with oil and put them in the oven at 180 degrees turning 1-2 times to wet with white wine.
Once cooked, keep them warm and prepare a sauce with the cooking by joining lemon juice, white pepper and mustard.
Mix well and add chopped parsley.
Serve over fish.

- 4 mackerel from 250 g
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
