Mackerel to black currant
Instructions
Cleaned mackerel, incideteli on the back because they cook better and put them in a baking dish.
Squeeze 250 g of currants.
In a pan melt a knob of butter, add a chopped onion and a clove of garlic.
Cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Pour a glass of white wine, add a teaspoon of sugar, blackcurrant juice, salt and pepper.
Heat well and pour it over the fish.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add the currants and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve the fish with the sauce.
Accompanying wines: Rosé DOC Friuli Aquileia, Bolgheri DOC Rosato, Alezio Rosato DOC.

- 4 mackerel
- 350 g of ribes
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt
