The recipe is for 2000 g apples.
Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
Mash a little and put them in a crock pot.
Let them ferment for 8 days or as long as there will be no more scum on the surface.
Transfer the liquid into a bowl and let stand another 8 days.
Close hermetically and after about a month and a half filtered and bottled.
Stored in a cool, dark place.
