Prepare the soles clean.
Wash, dry and flour them.
Then let them FRY in butter on both sides over high heat.
Lower the flame and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the almonds, skinned and cut into fillets, and, after a few minutes, then add the cream and season with salt.
To restrict a little sauce and serve.
