Instructions

Cut into julienne carrots, Zucchini and celery.

Heat oil and 30 g of butter and dorarvi the fish, season with salt and pepper.

Remove the fish from the Pan and cook the vegetables on medium heat for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the fillets of sole over the vegetables sprinkled with melted butter.
