Fig sorbet
Instructions
Peel and cut the figs into pieces.
Put them in a saucepan with sugar, vin santo and lemon juice and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Browse all in the mixer to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Pour into ice cream maker and turn the unit on.
Distribute the sorbet into 4 bowls and garnish with raspberries.

- 500 g of figs
- 80 g of sugar
- 15 cl of vin santo
- 1/2 lemon (juice)

- Some of raspberries
