Orange souffle (2)
Instructions
Prepare a batter with the milk and the flour, add the sugar and the Orange pulp, simmer over low heat, stirring until mixture is quite thick.
Remove from heat and add the yolks of the eggs.
Beat the egg whites very firm and gently blend the mixture.
Pour into a baking dish of porcelain from oven and cook on moderate heat (180 degrees) for 20 minutes without ever opening the door.
Serve immediately.

- 2 oranges (sieved pulp)
- 60 g of flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of milk
