Almond souffle
Instructions
Prepare a white sauce with 50 g of butter, 60 g flour, 50 cl warm milk.
Toast almonds in oven at 180 degrees, cut them when they are imbiondite and finely chopping.
When the sauce is cooled add almonds, egg yolks, cocoa powder, sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Finally, incorporate the egg whites very firm.
Grease a mould with high edges, pour the mixture and put in oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 70 g of butter
- 60 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 80 g of sugar
- 200 g of peeled almonds
- 30 g of cocoa
- 1 sachet of baking powder
