Mozzarella cheese soufflé
Instructions
Make a béchamel sauce with 25 g of butter, flour, cream, salt and pepper.
Allow to cool, then add an egg yolk, the diced mozzarella, parmesan and egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish, Cook in the oven at high heat for about 20 minutes and serve immediately very bloated.

- 100 g of mozzarella
- 50 g of butter
- 25 g of flour
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 20 cl of cream
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
