Instructions

Melt in a Bain-Marie chocolate pieces and butter.

Beat 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg with sugar, pour the whiskeys, join this cold chocolate mixture and stir in the cream.

Line the rim of a soufflé mould with a strip of greaseproof paper, pour in the mixture and put in the freezer for 3 hours before serving.
