Spaghetti with spices
Instructions
Put all the spices in a mortar and pastarle to reduce powder whole ones.
Finely chop onion and garlic and fry over low heat with oil, then add the chillies, spices and then the tomatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes and adjust with salt and pepper.
Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with sauce and 1 teaspoon uncooked olive oil and chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 300 g of tomato pulp
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- 2 fresh chillies
- Ginger powder
- Nutmeg
- Cumin
- Cinnamon
- 1 clove
- Coriander
- Chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
