Saffron noodles
Instructions
Saute onion in a little butter and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Add a tablespoon of cognac, a pinch of salt and let it evaporate.
Pour one packet of Saffron, dissolved in a little hot water.
Remove from heat and pour on spaghetti (400 g) just drained.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
