Spaghetti with Mozzarella (2)
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with salt and pepper, then add the chopped mozzarella cheese and chopped anchovies.
Boil the spaghetti, drain, toss with butter and salsa.
Mix well until the mozzarella has melted and serve immediately.

- 50 g of butter
- 4 anchovy fillets
