Instructions

Cook in a little water the tomatoes, olive oil, chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.

Combine the diced mozzarella and Parmesan.

The sauce should be left on the heat until cheeses have melted completely.

Pour the sauce over spaghetti cooked in salt water and drained.
