Desperate spaghetti
Instructions
In a Pan fry the onions cut into slices with half the oil.
Add the tomatoes and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
Chop olives, capers, mushrooms, anchovies and put all in a pan with olive oil, oregano, pepper and salt.
To heat and add to the tomatoes.
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain, pour in the sauce, making them stand for a few minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 shot of olive oil
- 25 g of black olives
- 25 g of capers
- 50 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- Salted anchovies
- Oregano
- Pepper
- Salt
- 2 onions
