Instructions
Cut the bacon into strips and speck and let them FRY in a large pan with a bit of butter.
Keep the moderate flame but leave FRY long until the fat has become completely transparent.
Add the cream lightly beaten with a fork, saffron, salt and pepper.
Let thicken slightly, remove from heat and add the beaten egg yolks with grated cheese.
During the preparation of this sauce bring to boil a pot of water for cooking spaghetti, that scolerete a bit al dente and make season making them jump to the pan of sauce.

- 100 g of bacon
- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 bit of butter
- 10 g of speck
- 2 sachets of saffron
- 25 cl of cream
- 1 egg
- Grated cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
