Spaghetti, creamed
Instructions
Pass the tomatoes to Mashers.
Chop the onion and let it dry in 3 tablespoons of olive oil for 10 minutes.
Combine the tomatoes and chopped herbs and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Pour 10 cl of milk in the sauce and let it thicken.
Boil the spaghetti, drain them and throw them into the pan with the sauce.
Get them seasoning by mixing on low heat.
Turn off the heat, add the coarsely chopped mozzarella, mix again and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 700 g of peeled tomatoes
- 125 g of mozzarella
- 1 onion
- 10 cl of milk
- Basil
- Oregano
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Marjoram
