Italian spaghetti
Instructions
Boil spaghetti in salted water.
Scalded tomatoes, Peel and cut into fillets.
Chopped zucchini and mozzarella.
When Miss a minute at the end of cooking the pasta, add the peas and courgettes.
Drain and pour everything into a salad bowl.
Add the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese and stir.
Season the pasta with oil, salt and pepper, garnish with Basil and serve tepid or cold.

- 380 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 150 g of mozzarella
- 350 g of tomatoes
- 200 g of zucchini
- 80 g of shelled peas
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
