Instructions
Clean and chop finely the various vegetables and seasoning them in a large bowl with salt, pepper and olive oil extra virgin.
Add a clove of garlic and allow to stand for at least 1 hour.
Cook pasta in salted water, drain and pour it into the bowl.
Turn well and serve.
