Noodles in curry sauce
Instructions
Beat the cream with a little curry and heat it slightly.
Boil the noodles, drain and toss in a bowl with the diced ham, butter cream with curry and Parmesan.
End of season with a good pinch of freshly ground pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type thin noodles pasta
- 70 == G fresh butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- 20 cl of cream
- Pepper
- Salt
