Ham Spaghettoni (Long Pasta)
Instructions
Boil the peas in boiling salted water for 3 minutes; drain and leave aside.
The ham is cut strips, long and thin.
Heat cream over low heat in a saucepan.
Join the ham and perfumed with a pinch of grated nutmeg.

Cook the pasta al dente in salted water.
