Veal stew with mushrooms
Instructions
Put the stew to cook in a pan with the onions cut thin and with butter.
Season with salt and a bit of paprika.
Add the wine and broth and cook long and low flame.
Merge then the mushrooms cleaned and sliced thin and continue cooking over low heat.
Before serving, remove the meat and mushrooms and let thicken the broth, mixing the cream.
With this sauce to cover the meat and serve it along with mushrooms.

- 800 g of veal
- 4 onions
- Butter
- Salt
- Paprika
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 glass of broth
- 600 g of fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of cream
