Fast stew
Instructions
Cut the beef meat into thick slices and then into cubes.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes of the same size as those of meat.
In a saucepan heat the butter; Add meat and potatoes, leave them browned, then add the diluted concentrate with 1 ladle of broth; season with salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, Deglaze with the wine and cook for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.

- 600 g of beef pulp
- 4 potatoes
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 ladle of broth
- 1 glass red wine
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
