Caramelized orange wedges
Instructions
Cut the oranges into wedges.
Bring to a boil the water and sugar and just the mixture takes a nice brown color (but not burned!) enjoy fast Orange segments keeping them tucked on the tip of a toothpick.
Let drip off excess sugar; place the cloves on a wire rack so that air can circulate well and dry them evenly.
Before removing the cloves from grill make sure the caramel coating is firmly solidified, otherwise you risk wasting all the work.
