Delete the petiole.
Make an incision at the base of each deep hoot, fill it with cheese and close it.
Place figs in a wooden skewer and dip them in the hot caramel.
Drain and dip into a mug full of ice and water.
If figs can be previously required to bathe in orange juice, and then squeezed.
