Blueberry muffins
Instructions
The ' muffins ' births are small cakes (briochine type) originally made with corn flour (no longer) that are typically consumed at breakfast.

The doses are for 12 muffins.
Heat the oven to 190 degrees; in a bowl mix a small portion (30 g) of flour with blueberries.
Sift the remaining flour and add in another bowl and gradually (stirring constantly), sugar, baking powder, salt, beaten egg, orange peel and milk.
Mix until dough is smooth.
incorporate then the blueberries.
Grease the baking cups with the melted butter and pour the mixture to fill them up about halfway.
Bake until firm and Golden patties (about 20/25 minutes).
Let stand for a few then armed and remove from pan.

- 125 g of blueberries
- 250 G = = 00 Flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of grated orange zest
- 60 g of butter
- 25 cl of milk
