Skewers of mozzarella
Instructions
Cut mozzarella and bread without crust into cubes approximately 2 cm from the side.
Insert wooden skewers into a cube of mozzarella cheese sprinkled with oregano and bread.
In a pan with oil and butter fry over high heat the tomatoes for 10 minutes; Join well aligned kebabs, season with salt and pepper.
Go in the oven and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes, turning every now and then the skewers.

- 500 g of mozzarella
- 300 g of cassette bread
- 30 g of butter
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- Oregano
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
