Bacon and sausage skewers
Instructions
Cut the bacon into strips, then strips and roll well each part.
Put alternately on skewers 4 sausages, bacon and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Cook under the grill to medium temperature for about 10 minutes, turning often and sprinkling with more oil, if necessary.
Serve hot, garnished with curly parsley.

- 350 g of bacon
- 350 g of cocktail sausages
- 125 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
