Pan fried skewers
Instructions
Prepare skewers on which you will share: a piece of pork tenderloin, a piece of sausage, a bit of Sage and so on.
At the end of the skewer, add a slice of onion and a bit of pepper.
Put the skewers in a pan with oil and butter, and very perfumed with Rosemary.
FRY on all sides so that the meat is colorisca good.
Squirt with half a cup of water in which you have dissolved a dice and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Check the salting, pepper, turn up the heat and wet with a small glass of brandy.
Serve accompanied with a salad or with mashed potatoes.
