Raw spinach on bacon
Instructions
Wash spinach, rinse, drain and collect them in a salad bowl.
Pass the slices of pan-fried Bacon until crispy and well, after being broken up with her hands, unite them to spinach.
Prepare the dressing, mixing the oil with the lemon juice and a pinch of salt, season the salad and serve.
