Lamb with vegetables
Instructions
Rinse the lamb and put it in a baking dish, sprinkle of parsley, salt, pepper and oil, add 3 tablespoons of water and put it in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Boil the peas al dente; clean the mushrooms, wash them in water and lemon and cut into small pieces.
Add mushrooms and peas and lamb and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.

- 1 leg of lamb to 1000 g
- 1 lemon
- 250 g of frozen peas
- 200 g of mushrooms
- Parsley
