Salmon nuggets
Instructions
Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, scooping the inside to remove the seeds, salt and leave them upside down for 30 minutes to lose a little water.
Meanwhile, blend the salmon and mix with the mayonnaise and mustard and a pinch of pepper, put the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Fill the cucumbers with the cream of salmon and then cut them into pieces of 3 cm, arrange them on a serving dish and garnish with parsley.

- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 80 g of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
