Lemon mousse (2) (Spuma di Limone (2))
Instructions
In a bowl put the wine, lemon juice, zest and little sugar.
Let rest in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Remove the Bowl from the fridge and add to the mixture the well-cooled cream.
Whip with a whisk until will become bloated.
Divide the mousse into 4 bowls and garnish with the ladyfingers.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of creme fraiche
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- Little of grated lemon rind
- 100 g of sugar
- Biscuits savoiardi
